Good open source cold storage crypto wallets? (programming.dev)

I'm getting into crypto and am thinking about setting up a cold storage wallet on a USB drive. Do any of you all have favorites you'd reccomend for a newbie like me?

I’m not a crypto investor, but I, like you bought some Ethereum with the same belief. It’s an intrinsically valuable currency.
