TL;DR: it’s milk thistle tea. Specifically, “Stipulating that it needs to be the spiky heart of the milk thistle, the plant needs to be brewed for 20 minutes to ensure it is bitter.”

That’s interesting! I mean the article contains a lot of pseudo-science and self-promotion, but the milk thistle part is interesting. I just looked it up more and there are some studies to support it’s efficacy in liver but also skin health. I never heard of it before though.
