Also beware, these apparently have razor blades inside of them do anyone who tries to take them off gets injured.

This looks like a really shoddy posting job. Duct tape on a sheet protector, and attaching it to tree bark? They even obstructed the headline "kidnapped". That could be taken down in 5 seconds.
I'd be really surprised if there are any cameras trained on it.
The razor blade trick works with wheatpasting on solid flat-ish surfaces. It doesn't work so well on rounded wood or tree bark.
In a public place like this there's nothing favoring the person who posted it. It's not on their property; there is no legal consequence to taking it down.
