Pretty sure for a majority of medical issues, you don’t need to target specific gender. But if that is the case (not to mention that argument is a total red herring), following your own logic, wouldn’t better understanding of one’s characteristic in terms of gender help with assessing medical procedures?

If you find it hilarious that “men chop off their dick”, then I suppose suit yourself. To me, it honestly does not matter - as it does not affect me in any way. If you can’t look past other people’s plumbing, then I feel putty for you.
