This is a community to share food pics, food ideas and questions. Basically anything to do with food. Every day there will be a post called Tucker Time for you to share pics or descriptions of your evening meal.
There's only 2 rules that I can think of right now
Rule 1: Don't ridicule
Rule 2: Don't be an arsehole
If you can think of anything else let me know. Cheers.
I'm actually going to try hasselback potatoes for the first time in the air fryer tonight as I'm also reverse searing a steak so the oven will be too cool.

Hopefully good but I'll let you know in 5 hours or so ๐
That looks very doable. I look forward to your review.
Alright, here's my review:
It's easy as and i totally recommend it. You'll only have so much you can make in an air fryer though, unless you have a basket with multiple levels or someone else brings another air fryer and you can keep them warm somewhere. Its special enough for sure for Christmas, I'd definitely do a run through and see how much you can make for everyone.
I started at 165 degrees for the first 15 mins or so to make sure it was all cooked through, basted again with the butter and bumped it up to 180 for the last 10/15 with a spray of oil to make it crispy and brown.
The herb & garlic butter in the recipe is way too much, I used 150g of butter with the rest as normal and still had plenty left over with basting a second time. But I tossed my sliced steak in it and it was amazing!
I must do air fryer wrong. I just crank it to 200 for everything. It might as well just be a switch the way I use it.
Thank you for the review - I will definitely put it on my list to trial. I have a rack so can do two layers, and it is only for 7 people so capacity should be fine.
