One of the best things about coffee is trying new roasters and combinations. Never even heard of these guys before but they’re local so giving them a go!

Nice! I just found out a local roaster offers 4 oz sample sizes. As soon as my manual grinder arrives in probably going to be going on a bit of a spree.
