Don't go onto Amazon and order a random cheap ac adapter for any console that you have. They create a bunch of noise on the screen and it leaves a trail of flickering pixels going up the screen.

Never use a cheap PSU with anything you care about.

I would say never use a cheap PSU even if you don't care about the device because you probably still care if it starts a fire.
