Matrix

is there any matrix client (for linux) which satisfies all of these requirements?

• is not an electron app. (tauri or something else which uses libwebkitgtk would be acceptable, or even some web app i can self-host on localhost, though i'd prefer a native app)
• has full text search of encrypted rooms
• saves everything (ideally including attachments) locally so that i can read old messages while offline
• allows disabling read receipts, typing notifications, presence, and perhaps other privacy-hostile anti-features i don't even know exist in the protocol
• is actively maintained
