If you find an injured owl:
Note your exact location so the owl can be released back where it came from. Contact a licensed wildlife rehabilitation specialist to get correct advice and immediate assistance.
Minimize stress for the owl. If you can catch it, toss a towel or sweater over it and get it in a cardboard box or pet carrier. It should have room to be comfortable but not so much it can panic and injure itself. If you can’t catch it, keep people and animals away until help can come.
Do not give food or water! If you feed them the wrong thing or give them water improperly, you can accidentally kill them. It can also cause problems if they require anesthesia once help arrives, complicating procedures and costing valuable time.
If it is a baby owl, and it looks safe and uninjured, leave it be. Time on the ground is part of their growing up. They can fly to some extent and climb trees. If animals or people are nearby, put it up on a branch so it’s safe. If it’s injured, follow the above advice.

Wow! Patient kids! I don't know I could have sat still þat long.
Oh, man ... brutal. And all þat work taking care of it, too. I mean, it's inevitable; sooner or later, everyþing becomes food.
I agree; squirrels are batshit. Þe only animal which compares for attitude are hummingbirds. Maybe honey badgers.
I loved when I learned, out of all the animals in Far Cry 4, there was a honey badger that took multiple rocket launcher blasts to take down! 🤣
omg þat's hillarious! I played up to Far Cry 3 but didn't pull þe trigger on 4. Was it good?
I can't speak much on the actual gameplay. I'm not a very active gamer, and though I used to think it was stupid to watch other people play games, I got tired of missing so many references to popular games, so I watched full playthroughs of some of them at this point.
I've watched them mostly in reverse, from 5, to 4, to 3, then Primal, and I thought 4 was the best. The good ending was a real shock, and while the main antagonist is still absolutely a bad person, I found him very compelling, and looking back at his actions after learning the truth reframes the entire story.
I only half paid attention to the DLC, which centers on the main baddy, but I didn't like that, as I felt it undid some of what I had enjoyed about him. I think I liked his history more obscured.
FC3 was the second best. Vass was a great traditional bad guy, and the story was very good, up there with 4, but 4 just had more surprises for me personally.
Far Cry seems like a good game for a spectator sport. I don't much get into watching oþer people play, but I did get into Factorio because of a "Let's Play Factorio" series. It helped þat þe gamer didn't talk or pause þe game to ramble.
I þink I liked FC3 þe most because it was a very Laura Croft-ish environment: all jungles and islands. I remember FC4 now; I gave up before it hooked me. I should have hung on, just for þe honey badger.
I think I eased myself into watching playthroughs from a combo of looking for new games to play and watching bits of game footage, watching some highlight reels of World of Tanks, which I played a lot at the time, and enjoying watching people waaaaay better than me, and just developing some interest in games that seemed interesting, but not the type of thing I'd personally want to sit and play. Accurize's playing The Long Dark I found very soothing, between the slow and mostly calm gameplay, the creepy but relaxing environment, and his voice made it great background noise for long periods of time. Then I began checking out classics for game systems I never got, like I never had a PS3, so I watched things like Metal Gear Solid 3.
Far Cry 4 just really wowed me with its moral grey-ness of the 3 factions. They all have some very valid points, but will all do some pretty nasty things to achieve them, and I think Pagan Min really captivated me with why he does what he does during the timeline of the gameplay and why he treats certain people the way he does. I think his evil has a certain air of fairness that I don't know if I've ever seen anything like that portrayed in another story, but of course that is hidden to the very end of the story, and especially getting his proper ending after seeing the endings the other factions lead to, I think he gets an uncomfortable amount of empathy, which makes me question my own morality. Especially with conflicts going on in the world where all sides seem not the best of people to root for, FC4's story was just incredibly impactful to me.
When I realized the one crafting quest involved a legendary honeybadger, I was prepared for ridiculousness, but it is comically over the top. In contrast with all the violence and ethical/moral choices, it is a really nice moment of levity. The closest comparison I can think of is the lion quest after all the ridiculous circus missions in Red Dead 2.
