Depending on what kind of humidifier it is, it's just distilling the piss for you. If it's the ultrasonic type, then yes, it's blowing atomized piss around.
I think the concerning part is the ammonia, which still would remain after that process, right?
Yeah you'd end up with urea which eventually decomposes into various other forms of ammonia.
