If you want to never ever get a hemorrhoid ever again:

36hr L. Reuteri or pills containing the same strain.
Acid reducer Tomatodone. You better take your probiotic or you'll get strained.
Loratidine anti-histamine. One side effect is anti inflammation and that's being investigated for that purpose.

These are generic off the counter.
