About 10-3 years back I've had an interview about every year - I've been a contractor, working from home, as a developer, and each time I've been recruited into a new round of contractors that were let go at the end of the year (had nothing to do with skill). I've worked from home, and I smoke shisha, so naturally I usually had one going after lunch, which is where most interviews took place. I've even eaten lunch during some. Apart from a few times being told - one recruiter said if I know they are vegan lol - nobody really minded. I've been accepted on more than I haven't.
Of course, I've had a highly paid job, and I don't think anyone minded that I do something at my own house.
