They have the money if they take out massive PCP loans that leave them with fuck all.
I know people, mostly in their 20s, with larger PCP loan payments than my mortgage.
In a few years they get a new car and the loan probably gets a bit bigger because the salesman talks them into being able to afford another £100/month by now.
