Told my buddy the best part about staying at a hotel is getting out of the shower and not having crap stick to your feet.

the wc is not a good place for it. litter is made to absorb humidity. you are basically putting your paper towels in the rain before using them
We use a clumping litter and haven't noticed a problem having it in the bathroom. We do have a good vent fan in there though, and use it with every shower to help prevent mold.
Our present cat treads much less litter than any previous. But that's because she doesn't bury anything, just steps delicately out and scratches the wall.
Can you lend your cat 5 min? Mine need a teacher, cause they carve it out like an archeological site.
