This rhetoric serves fascists.

Yes, if we all had to define a fascist as a non-human, we would conclude that a whole lot of people couldn't possibly be fascist that very much are.

Fascists are human. Fascist are often our relatives, neighbors, and peers. That's a big part of understanding the urgency and severity of the situation.
