America is a flawed democracy currently being ruled by oligarchs. Stop the backslide! Dont let America become the next Hungary.
America needs to challenge the court rulings of citizens united v. fec and shelby county v. holder, protect the media, implement independent district drawing, and the single transferable vote so they don't end up having people stay home in life-changing elections because they cannot vote for their favourite candidate.

As much as I want to agree with you I want to say look at Biden and all the stuff he turned back from the first MAGA shit show. What you mean not a dot or tiddel of the old law changed?
Of course Biden couldn’t draft laws on his own. Did Biden’s government control all three branches?
You’d have to completely ignorant of the American system of government to start making those types of absolutely silly claims.
Plus - on top of all that - Republicans are self proclaimed rapists and nazis
he barely even fucking investigated Trump though. New laws didn't need to be fabricated, the govt just needed to hold him accountable for all the laws broken in the first term. Biden's admin dragged their feet on bringing any consequences for so long that it just became too late.

Prosecuting crimes does not require any voting. The president is in charge of that. He runs the DOJ and enforces the rules. It doesn't sound like you understand how the government works. Trump broke laws already on the books, the Biden administration failed to hold them to account. Congress is not needed to prosecute crimes.

Trump does something the courts rule it unconstitutional, if his supreme court still says “we have to reluctly agree with the lower courts” he changes a word or two and the thing stays in the courts until they agree.
The senate and house were controlled by whom at the time?

Meanwhile Trump is signing blatantly unconstitutional EOs and the courts are like "well... he legally cant do that but we gave the president immunity, so who can stop'em now"
