I bought one for my little cat recently and she has absolutely no interest. It breaks my heart, for the rejected fish and also for my wallet.
That stupid fake fish knows what it dd. - your cat.
I did the same thing for my cat last year. But instead of one fish, it was many different toys. I ended up donating them to the local shelter so some cat could love it.
another cat might love it! i got this one from a friend who bought it for their cats who had zero interest lol.
You're right, I should probably give it to my neighbor who has 5 cats.
It's what me and my mother do every so often. Both households have cats and we just trade toys until we find which ones each cat likes! It's fun!
