MODERATORS

Liberals will lie to you and tell you to "just vote in the primary," but in reality they simply don't care about trans rights and do not believe there is ever a right time to challenge transphobic Democrats.

First primary: the transphobes hide their colors so you can't vote against them.

First general election: the snakes reveal their colors, but you can't vote against the traitors because "blue no matter who." They tell you to just vote in the next primary.

Second primary: the same people who tell you now "save it for the primary" shift their tune to "we can't give up an incumbent seat in a purple district!"

Trans people can see through these bad-faith lies. Yet of course, mansplaining trolls will be sure to breathlessly explain "lesser of two evil" math, as if that's not an argument we haven't heard a thousand times and already rejected due to its obvious flaws. There's never a shortage of arrogant cis people who think they know more about trans issues than actual trans people.

Liberals want your votes, not your voices. Be a good little minority and sit down. Shut up. Support the party. You owe the party your support. The party owes you nothing.

who you voting for then? you seem to have it figured out

[–] Carrots@quokk.au 0 points 1 day ago (1 children)

I don’t think mail-in voting will be a thing and so I won’t be able to receive my ballot from safely outside of the USA. I will not be braving the polling booths, since I’m unwilling to risk any more of myself for a country that doesn’t like me anyway.

Maybe there’s time to do another peaceful protest.

oh so you’re not in the united states, you don’t plan on voting, and you’re going to sling insults at people who are trying to at least show others they aren’t alone

got it, you’re in here wasting time and stirring the pot

[–] Carrots@quokk.au 1 points 1 day ago (1 children)

I am a US citizen who saw it was time to leave. I won’t vote because I’m not ALLOWED to vote, not because I desire not to. I’m just unwilling to die in the USA by the hand of some untrained monkey.

YOU aren’t showing others they aren’t alone. You’re screaming at people who tell you to get out there and make change. Just admit you’ve already given up and now you’re lashing out at anyone who disrupts your hopeful bubble.

Midterms, baby! Remember those? They’re back and totally won’t be an issue this year! Yay! Freedumb! Democracy!

midterms aren’t here yet and you’ve given up

i’m prepping for the worst and hoping for the best

you have literally NO right to say shit yet because we haven’t even gotten to the point, there’s no goal post moving here it has always been midterms since the last time a bunch of non voters put Trump back in office.

Fuck MAGA and low key fuck you too, you aren’t helping, you’re hurting. You’ve rolled over and given up, you’re in here telling people to not even vote or to give up all hope.

the world does not revolve around you, you’re safe you’re not here, with all due respect, stfu and enjoy your life

not all of us got the money to leave the country on a whim

[–] Carrots@quokk.au 1 points 1 day ago* (last edited 1 day ago) (1 children)

Buddy, midterms are next month. November third, since you don’t know. Are you even registered? Does your last name on your voter registration card match your birth certificate?

You’re not prepping for shit.

Edit: and it wasn’t a whim. I’ve been working on this for years, and it finally worked. And it wasn’t expensive to get a work permit. I mean, if you even bothered to look into it you’d know that.

This will be my last message

You pass judgement before you even take in all the information to do so.

You are not voting, you are not in the Untied States.

You’ve given up and are actively attacking those who are going to try one last time to do this through the current system.

You act like i’m some sort of evil Trump supporter anti-trans person when my best friend is MtF.

You are the exact type of person that gives fuel to the MAGA crowd with your shitty ass attitude.

The sad part is after reviewing your comment history I see we have a lot in common and that’s a real shame because i’d rather spend my energy on good than this.

You probably are not a bot but you’re also not at all helping the situation.

I’m telling you with all sincerity, look inward and find strength.

You didn’t even know the fucking elections were next month. You’re a goddamn murican hypocrite and I’m excited to watch. 🍿
