The band was at the time managed by Alexander Bard of Army of Lovers, who co-wrote and co-produced their first two albums with Anders Hansson and some other dudes. Bard appears in the video as the camera operator.

The song borrows the chorus sample and its vocal melody from Sheila & B. Devotion's ‘Spacer’.

Well, if it helps, the dude in the video, Andreas Lundstedt, is openly gay, and had his boyfriend join the band at one time. Alcazar were also active in the gay scene in particular — just like Bard's other projects, since Bard is gay himself.

Well, I somehow managed to have missed for ages that both dudes in Army of Lovers are gay. After all, the nineties and early 2000s were pretty wild in the costume department.
