Work Reform

A place to discuss positive changes that can make work more equitable, and to vent about current practices. We are NOT against work; we just want the fruits of our labor to be recognized better.
Our Philosophies:
- All workers must be paid a living wage for their labor.
- Income inequality is the main cause of lower living standards.
- Workers must join together and fight back for what is rightfully theirs.
- We must not be divided and conquered. Workers gain the most when they focus on unifying issues.
Our Goals
- Higher wages for underpaid workers.
- Better worker representation, including but not limited to unions.
- Better and fewer working hours.
- Stimulating a massive wave of worker organizing in the United States and beyond.
- Organizing and supporting political causes and campaigns that put workers first.

Prices go up, governments react to help the industries that take the money but fail to lower the prices for consumers, it happens time & time again. Even if the benefit is passed onto consumers it never returns to the pre"whatever" price, it is always slightly higher. Can you think of a thing that got a price hike that then returned to the same price, or less?
I'm sure it must happen but I'm not seeing it.
I gave an example, no? Flight prices (on legs with a low-cost-carrier) are quite cost responsive, and have certainly raised and lowered back to where they started.
I'd consider that as more of a luxury item where they have to be responsive or lose a lot of money. Food on the other hand, everyone's gotta eat, those are the ones seem to only ever go up & up, & drops are still above original.
