What the fuck isn’t? Doesn’t even need to be connected to your WiFi. Devices can have cellular modems built into them now.

Cupra and VW in Australia offer no connected services, it's by far the biggest complaint from their users :).

Toyota similarly, but they had a recall for a software upgrade recently so you needed to take it back in for a day Of course they maybe recording stuff and then do data dump when you get it serviced
