Everything he's done is ground for impeachment. Hell, Congress not liking you is grounds, much less actual crimes.

If the Constitution mattered, it would have to be for a "High Crime or Misdemeanor".

The us has become an puppet state with an imperial administration, tho, so yeah the general "who even gives a shit" reaction is justified.
