Nope, socialism is a transitional form of society between capitalism and communism where the working classes control the state, and social ownership is the principal, ie rising and dominant, aspect of the economy. The Soviet Union fit that description perfectly, up until it dissolved. Do you have an actual point that isn't just strawman arguments?
