He's already convicted. Just needs sentencing

Even if he doesn't have dementia, the threat of jail in 2 years would be doing him a number on his tiny brain

He hasn't for his rapes.. But, he HAS been convicted of Tax Fraud. So, he's fucked regardless.

Thats how they got Al Capone...

Even if he only gets ONLY a month in prison, that will likely completely fuck him over. A lot can happen in a month when he can't easily interfere with investigations

Convicted of RAPE in a civil court. Yes.. Useless (and, he tried to dodge that)

He is convicted of Tax Fraud though. He's going to jail regardless.... And the uncertainty must be fucking with him.

Yes, but civil court can't send people to prison. He dragged his feet on paying the judgment so he got hit with interest as well.
