Musicians often had cameos throughout the show. Maisie Williams (who plays Aria Stark) was a fan of Eddy and he appeared as a Lannister soldier singing at a campfire when Aria was on her way to Winterfell.

To be fair, she was younger when that all happened. Who hasn't had an entertainer they liked as a teen or young adult where you eventually realize they totally suck.
