Thick breakfast pancakes are just not the same without it! Can't go back.
I wouldn't necessarily put maple syrup on a crepe, but I'm sure it can be negotiated.
A maple syrup crepe can be absolutely magnificent. I suggest trying one. Or one made with maple sugar.
I was planning on playing hard to get, but that does sound delicious.
