Drones need batteries and some power infrastructure. Bombers just need fanaticism.

You will run out of fanatics before you run out of batteries though. Ressource wise, it takes some pretty specific environments and I'd say at least 16 years to develop one fanatic, or at least one crazy enough to kill himself for the cause.
