The state of israel in its current form is a genocidal apartheid state, it is currently doing exactly what you are afraid of, against the native population of palestine.
If you look at the opinions of actual Palestinians, they are not calling for a genocide of jews, they are calling for basic human rights and equality before the law.
Israel needs to be destroyed completely, starting with its apartheid-soaked "basic laws", and replaced with a state that respects and protects both jews and arabs and all other ethno-religious groups, their respective history and the right to ancestral land (including reparations for arabs and other pre-israeli inhabitants). I fully expect many jews to flee that state, because equality will feel like oppression and many would probably prefer to go back to their actual homelands in Europe (we need to be prepared to quash european antisemitism when that happens). There is no other resolution, a colonial-settler ethnostate must not exist.
