I'm not sure what the photo is trying to say here.
He loves the sandwich. contextual clues indicate she knows he loves the sandwich.
I think that she knows he loves the sandwich and is ostentstious about loving the sandwich.
But she has taken aback nonetheless.
She feigned imprisment of a love of the sandwich.

Yeah, seems like a weird one. Most of their ads showed people out and about enjoying life, which I guess is what they're going for here, but the woman sure doesn't seem to be enjoying things.
