Like a parody of posters about building a better future. It calls out some visible suffering but then instead of asking for a donation or something to help the situation, it asks readers to place bets on whether it will be better, the same, or worse in x time. Big smiling face on the bottom with the quote, "I won $235 because I guessed the day one of the homeless locals would die correctly!"
