Why are dark parts flickering? (buzzheavier.com)

I'm using mpv to play some FHD Bluray Remuxes on a 4K TV with all "smart" enchantments turned off (smoothing and whatever). Any darker colors flicker. Let me know if the uploaded video doesn't clearly show what I mean. Is there a fix for this?

Thanks and sorry for the late reply! Yes, it could be. I still have to check some hardware stuff first though: I have two other HDMI ports on this TV and a few different configurations on the picture.
