Maybe but I did scroll and install/testing softwares for 3 hours, I also learn how to compile simpler software from sources that don't have any build instruction because some of the stuff I found only available on flathub. There's a few vibe coded softwares too despite Flathub banning ai generated code
I mean, you found useful software and learned something new? I'd call it nascency scrolling or smth
I mean I find useful information on TikTok too but I would still call it doomscrolling
