I'm assuming as opposed to steamed milk. I'm curious what the "strawberry" part is referring to, personally.
I think it’s just the flavour profile. I was talking to OP yesterday I think about their coffee preferences and they mentioned they’ve got a very fruit-forward bean they’re currently enjoying that has a strong strawberry flavour. I could be wrong though, hopefully they come in and confirm or correct me.
That is exactly what i was referring to. I am not 100 percent sure if it is a co-ferment or actually infused.
