What are all these "security certificates"? (piefed.cdn.blahaj.zone)

This is a screenshot of settings/security and privacy/more security settings/view security certificates on my Samsung Galaxy S23 running One UI 7.0 on Android 15.

I won't even bother to take screenshots of all the certificates, since it's a list of at least 50 entries, according to my estimation.

What are these?
Why are there so many?
Do they all have to be turned on?
Any further reading you can point me to?
