A place to discuss and support all Steam Hardware, including Steam Deck, Steam Machine, Steam Frame, and SteamOS in general.

The Big Art mode is not so much different from the regular Home screen. It just puts the "camera view" more up, so that only the games are seen in a list below (the same list you get in regular Home screen) and the bottom news are now out of the view. You have to click down to get there. I always wanted to have this, because it bugged me how cluttered the Home screen was. Feels more like how it looks on Playstation now (never used modern Playstation, just judging from images).

I'm just explaining this, because you may have misunderstood it from the description. I don't know if there are other changes, this is just what I personally have noticed.

That’s better context, thanks. Not that I’d go through any effort to change it… but I see how it surely can be nagging.

Its just one click switch and it changes immediately without reload. So I wouldn't say there is any effort needed if you just want to see the difference. I'm not trying hard to change you mind BTW, just sayin' its really simple.
