Katy is such a shit hole, it makes sense they would have nothing better to do than kill 2 of its citizens through an unnecessary publicity stunt. It just makes too much sense.
This happened in 1896. Wasn't much else to do besides train crashing and watching executions.
But yeah, Katy do suck lol.
