Big brain tech dude got yet another clueless take over at HackerNews etc? Here's the place to vent. Orange site, VC foolishness, all welcome.

It is INCREDIBLY damning that our society has regressed to the point that it doesn't recognize this as a bullshit marketing move to invite regulatory capture and essentially bail these unprofitable companies out.

This article is a textbook case of accepting the framing of something by bullshitters and running with it before thinking "why am I breathlessly being told this over and over again? Could there be another $$$ motive here?".

Which is why RIGHT NOW we need to force government control to keep us safe and bail the companies out who oversold these AI tools that most definitely work, most definitely have a viable business model and are most definitely backed up by companies without astronomically inflated valuations... driven up by funding one another in a circle of bullshit wallstreet has endorsed out of a love of this kind of bullshit bubble and the opportunities it provides to make money on the rise and crash!!!!

If we don't do this soon, the ruling class risks not being able to pull out of the pump and dump of the AI bubble and sail away into the sunset by successfully socializing the immense costs of the bursting of the bubble while preserving the privatized profits off the initial expansion of it. It is not fair to put this kind of suffocating debt and pressure on corporations attempting to innovate and provide economic growth!

Corporations are people too!

I almost never want to slap Bernie Sanders in the face, but I really really do right now...
