Posting a link to a website containing tracking isn't great, if contents of the website are behind a paywall maybe copy them into the post
Don't promote proprietary software
Try to keep things on topic
If you have a question, please try searching for previous discussions, maybe it has already been answered
Reposts are fine, but should have at least a couple of weeks in between so that the post can reach a new audience

Honestly, probably only need one app for piracy and streaming.

The short answer is: no. You can't do this.

I spent a long time researching this after my partner insisted on having a TV in the house. The solutions you'll see online range from "just leave it disconnected from the web" to "use a computer as the default connection".

I opted for the latter solution. The former is a bad solution because you'll, at the very best, be stuck with a shit interface full of ads and useless apps. Which computer you use depends on your budget and needs, but I simply don't see a better solution than that, right now.
