Libertarian types, which the right is part of, see CSAM as just "recordings of crimes", so they likely do it intentionally, to slowly change the general public's view on the matter.
If you knew much about libertarianism you would know what the non-aggression principle is, and you would know that we don't condone or approve cp
Libertarians also have a reputation for defending loli and illustrated CSAM which is where that sentiment comes from.
I mean I can be libertarian and see that legal definition holding water while also thinking that's fucked up to want to see naked kids. Loli bait or otherwise is a problem and people should be shamed when they make, buy, or engage with it.
