My wife and I went to India with a mission to try as much different food as possible.

For the most part, India delivered but one day we decided to try a place that "Lonely Planet" recommended as the hot dining option for young people in the area. It turned out to be a Tex-Mex diner.

You know how people complain about American's screwing up foreign (including Indian) food? India can give as good as it gets. We asked to get their most popular items and they were all huge misses. The quesadilla tasted like the chef had once seen a picture of a quesadilla and rolled with it.
