New law: companies are ineligible for government grants/tax breaks if >5% of employees are on welfare. Take away their biggest cash cow until they pay their employees a living wage.
You lost me at the 5% threshold for the impoverishment we should tolerate from the rich 🤔
Just trying to keep it somewhat achievable. An ideal world would absolutely be 0%
How about no one that has a job should be paid so little they need food assistance?
... that's what losing the incentives would force Amazon to do.
