How could a fish smoke underwater?
Obviously it leaves the water for a cigarette break. Have you never seen fish smoking on the river bank?
Perhaps his existential crisis is a real "fish out of water" moment
If you understood how badly Big Tabacco wants to get rich, you would not ask that question.

I just wanna know how to smoke underwater
They don't care how long you've been smoking, I guess it has more to do with how much money you have. Maybe they figured out they can't suck you any more dry then you already are. Or they dont think you would spend enough to justify the R&D. Because i am quite sure, if people would not spend money for abovewater cigs but would for underwater cigs, they would find a way to make money from that.
