No offense to non-couch fucking James', but I think we need to start calling him James instead of JD.

I've been doing that for a while. It is his name assigned at birth, after all. I also wish a reporter would call him that at a press conference, so when he corrects them they can call him out about his 'preferred pronoun'.

JD Vance's birthname is actually James Donald Bowman. When he was 6, her mother remarried and they changed their name to James David Hamel. Since his mother divorced again (this woman married a lot of times), JD changed their last name to Vance in 2013.

I call a cool fellow at work JD, his initials. When I realized what I was saying, I got sad because I liked that nickname for him. It was endearing for a while
