That Spanish thing looks like something that shows up in a cute game about public transport you downloaded from itchio that gradually turns into one of the most terrifying horror games you've ever played.
Why does its smile go over its eyes. Also the placement of the eyes suggests this... thing has predators. The implication is terrifying.
