Like, sure:

Wars are contests of leverage and endurance. And the contest now looks very different from even a few months ago.

But there's no real foundation given for why Iran is more exhausted than America. Yes, more is going through the straight of Hormuz, and Iran's still isn't a global economic power. But, America is mostly out of weapons, and had no public support in the first place.

The language about how Iran "chose" to attack shipping is also pretty gross. It's technically true, but the US chose to start this war, so it's not like it was unexpected, unjustified or arbitrary. There's also a part that's basically "we can do it if we just believe".

This bit is totally right, though:

A better American strategy from the start may have been an economic campaign to support the Iranian people demanding change.
