I think what this bozo is saying is that public financed healthcare could be captured by reactionary interests, so the alternative would be a private healthcare system? The UK has both the NHS and a private healthcare industry so this doesn't make sense.
It also doesn't make sense to apply this to the US because even private healthcare is notoriously shit for trans people. Furthermore I doubt the UK's private health industry is somehow full of fewer TERFs than the NHS.

MFA isnt even gov run hospitals its just a government run health insurance system and if it didnt pay for it people could still get this done privately anyways or even get private insurance for it anyways
