Cow cat! First neighborhood cat that hasn't run away the second it saw me!
I guess Tangerine also didn't run away, but Tangerine dissappeared like 15 years ago sadly.

At what percentage of black to white does tuxedo cat become cow cat?
More black than white, tuxedo. More white than black, cow. A cow cat is usually white with black/stripped spots. This one looks black with white paws, chin and belly, which is traditional tuxedo.
No wonder they are so friendly, tuxedos are the best.
