With not a lot of searching I can find lots of information that the US did ‘steal oil’ from Syria

So I take it the US is also "stealing" cocaine from Colombia because the Us is the biggest market for it, eh?

The MPLA sold oil to Us oil corporations during the Angolan civil war too... will you also be accusing that independence movement of "stealing" oil from the Portuguese?

US President Donald Trump openly acknowledged this in 2020

This guy? That's whose mouth-diarrhea you want me to take seriously?

I shared evidence from US sources, and from members of the US government that called it illegal, including someone from the oil company and a quote from the head of state from 6 years ago. I am sorry if this is not enough for you and you need to draw wildly different comparisons.

I am sorry ~~if this is not enough~~ my bullshit bootlicker take didn't convince you.

FTFY.

How objective of you, feel free to provide your own easily discoverable information that shows the US did indeed not extract oil from Syria. Not sure what is bootlicking about this.

Your supposed "objectivity" isn't worth shit.

Appealing to the legal machinations engineered by the colonialist liberal status quo itself in an attempt to smear revolutionary movements as complicit in colonialist exploitation isn't "objective" - it's campist bootlicking and nothing else.

I am confused. Are you supporting of the US here? I do not understand the intricacies of the situation and it is difficult to get past the name calling.

I am confused.

See? Honesty doesn't require a wall of text, does it now?

Are you supporting of the US here?

No, Clyde. A revolutionary movement doing what it needs to do to survive doesn't qualify as "stealing" - that's it.

The same reductive reasoning and criticism you give to the tankie is what you use here: the enemy of my enemy is my friend.

the enemy of my enemy is my ~~friend~~ frenemy.

How's that? Less reductive (according to you)?
