He was a deer/reindeer (?) that walked in his hind legs like a human. He was a student, had a red shirt/coat(?) that had a letter on it (Probably R or H).

Was it animated? I assume so, but just checking. Also, roughly when are we talking?2000s, 1980s, etc?
