I'm positive of this also. I'm also some what positive the referendum is going to happen. Because of how convoluted they have this October vote set up. They well say something like it is inconclusive so we well have the referendum just to be sure. Then for the actual vote people well be like didn't we just vote for this and not show up.
Russia just used a referendum as justification to invade. The US could easily fake this one and attack. If it's allowed to take place then we've already lost.
